Мой заказ №330449. Комапания паталогически не способна следовать дизайну, предложенному на сайте. Сначала заказала букет в пастельных тонах - белая кустовая хризантема и светло-розовая кустовая мелкая роза. На картинке, выложенной на сайте, букет смотрелся очень стильно и мило. Но приходит вдруг письмо - мы получаем розу насыщенного розового цвета. Я не поняла, какое это отношение это имеет к соему заказу, мне вообще не интересно,что они получают. На следующий день получаю картинку букета с этой розой - смотрится как пачка балерины с джинсовой курткой. Пишу, что мне не нравится. Меняю на букет белых кустовых хризантем в шляпной коробке, полагая, что время поджимает, а такой простой букет испортить местной самодеятельностью будет очень сложно. Так нет же! Вместо хризантем с желтой серцевинкой как на картинке сделали букет с зеленой. А вместе с тем, хризантема "как нужно" у них точно была - они мне ее в старый букет добавляли. Да что с вами, ребята?! В чем проблема работать нормально? За вас уже придумали все дизайны! Что хорошего: Букет доставлен в срок. Коммуникация быстрая, оператор вежливая. За хорошее добавляю одну звездочку.

I have ordered from internet to my GF in Russia, The bouquet looked nice on the photo but was actually looking really miserable when she got it. She is really angry at me now. Don't buy to your loved ones , if you want to keep them in your life.
